PLC Library Developer

• Strong PLC Strong experience in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE)

• Development of reusable PLC components, templates, and libraries

• Experience with Schneider Electric PLC platforms is preferred

• Familiarity with HMI/SCADA integration is an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLC applications using Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE).
• Creating ISO Standard Templates & Libraries for 61499 standards
• Design and implement reusable PLC components, templates, and software libraries for standardized automation solutions.
• Perform PLC programming, testing, debugging, and commissioning activities for industrial automation projects.
• Integrate PLC systems with HMI, SCADA, and other plant-level control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation and control system issues to ensure reliable operations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, test procedures, and as-built documents.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and system startup activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
• Deliver automation solutions for industries such as Water & Wastewater, CPG, Mining, Metals, Oil & Gas, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
