PLC Programmer

Position: Siemens / AB / Mitsubhusi PLC Programmer

Work Location: Bangalore (Primary) with travel across India and overseas as per project requirements

We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC Programmer with a minimum 1 year of strong hands-on expertise in PLC, Siemens, HMI, Mitsubhishi, and SCADA systems, preferably in Automotive and Assembly Line environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, program, and commission PLC/HMI/SCADA systems for industrial automation projects
• Lead and support installation, servicing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems at site
• Handle end-to-end automation projects, including on-site execution and coordination
• Diagnose and resolve system faults to ensure minimal downtime
• Support team members and provide technical guidance when required

Technical Skills Required:

• Extensive experience with PLC platforms:
• Allen-Bradley (AB)
• Siemens
• Schneider
• Mitsubishi and Delta
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages:
• Ladder Diagram (LD)
• Functional Block Diagram (FBD)
• Statement List (STL)
• SCADA:
• Screen design
• PLC interfacing
• Data collection and storage
• HMI:
• Screen design
• PLC and DCS interfacing
• Hands-on experience with VFDs, Pneumatics, and Field Instruments, including:
• Control valves
• Sensors
• Level, Flow, Temperature, and Pressure transmitters/switches

Domain Experience:

• Strong exposure to Automotive industry, Assembly lines, and industrial automation projects

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel across India and abroad as per project requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
