PLC Programmer

• Writing Control Logic: Programmers use specialized languages—like ladder logic, structured text, or function blocks—to tell machines how to react to sensor inputs and control physical outputs.
• System Testing and Simulation: They run tests to confirm that assembly lines, robotic devices, or conveyor systems operate safely and reliably before going live. [1, 2]
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: When a factory machine breaks or malfunctions, they diagnose software or hardware faults and update code to fix the issue. [1, 2]
