PLC Programmer

As our company continues to grow, so do the opportunities within it. To support our ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a PLC Programmer to join our team in Tabor.

What You'll Do

• Design, program, and integrate PLC systems, HMIs, and SCADA applications for production lines and automated machinery.
• Write clean, modular logic using LAD (Ladder), FBD (Function Block), STL (Statement List), and SCL (Structured Control).
• Select and configure field I/O, VFDs, servo motion drives, sensors, and industrial network protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
• Lead electrical checkout, I/O verification, loop tuning, and dry/wet testing during site startups and factory acceptance testing (FAT).
• Diagnose complex control system faults, minimize equipment downtime, and optimize cycle times for existing automation.
• Create and maintain electrical schematics, control functional specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and system operating procedures.

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or equivalent practical hands-on experience.
• Proven experience programming and troubleshooting Siemens PLCs (S7-1200 / S7-1500 / S7-300) using TIA Portal or STEP 7.
• Strong working knowledge of LAD, FBD, SCL, and legacy/advanced STL code structures.
• Experience developing operator interfaces (WinCC / Comfort Panels / Ignition).
• Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical panel layouts, wiring schematics, and P&IDs.
• Solid grasp of PROFINET, Modbus, and hardware diagnostics under real-time production conditions.
