Job Title: PLC Program Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Program to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement automation solutions using programmable logic controllers (PLCs). You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, troubleshooting system issues, and driving process improvements across our production environment.

MINIMUM EXPERIENECE: 1 TO 3 YEARS

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and test PLC systems for industrial automation projects.
• Design and implement control logic, HMI interfaces, and SCADA integration.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve PLC and automation system issues.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to deliver solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Proven experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA software is an advantage.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
• Experience in commissioning and field support.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and automation standards.
