Jobob Title : PLC PROGRAMMER

Key Skills Required

• Experience with Mitsubishi & Siemens PLC systems with 2 to 4 years exp.
• Hands-on experience with HMI systems
• Strong knowledge of PLC hardware & software (Preferably Siemens)
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Preferably C++)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams & logical flow charts
• Experience in Robotic/Automation projects (Automobile industry preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication (oral & written)
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• High attention to detail
• Raspberry pi 5, IOT G.0Understand client requirements (Electrical & Mechanical)
• Develop PLC programs using automation software
• Interpret logical flow diagrams and electrical drawings
• Design & draft 2D/3D layouts (if required)
• Install, test & commission PLC systems at site (India/Abroad)
• Conduct system reliability testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve system faults
• Supervise installation activities
• Prepare user manuals and safety documentation
• Provide technical guidance to technicians
• Conduct training sessions for technicians & team members
• Maintain and upgrade PLC programs
• Coordinate with Engineering & Production teams
