Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) – Cutting-Edge Automation Technology Company, Berlin

Your tasks include:

• Machining, assembly and connection of mechanical components with electrical equipment
• Testing and analysis of electrical functions and systems
• Identifying and eliminating faults, and carrying out functional and safety tests, including fault rectification and quality assurance in the electrical area
• Documenting work carried out in the shift log
• Installation, commissioning and operation of electrical systems, including maintenance work
• Assessing the safety of electrical systems and equipment
• Creating schematics in WSCAD
• Working with PLCs (programmable logic controllers)
• Ensuring the electrical safety of the plant

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial electrician, mechatronics technician or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Willingness to work a 3-shift pattern and occasional weekends
• Very good German and good English
• Sound knowledge of drive technology, plant and building services, automation technology, reading circuit diagrams and working with inspection and detection systems
• User knowledge of PLCs (S7/TIA Portal)
• Strong technical understanding, an independent and responsible way of working, plus flexibility, resilience and team spirit
