• Logic Design & Programming: Develop and implement PLC logic using ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams across various platforms.
• HMI/SCADA Integration: Configure and optimize HMI and SCADA systems to enhance user control and data visualization.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve PLC logic, wiring, and network communication issues on-site or remotely.
• Documentation: Create and maintain I/O lists, wiring diagrams, system schematics, and functional design specifications for automation projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, adopt new technologies, and ensure compliance with safety and automation standards.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers on automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve system malfunctions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document processes thoroughly.
• Adaptability to new technologies, evolving standards, and diverse environments.
• 2+ years of experience in PLC programming and automation.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
• Willingness to travel for installations and support (if required).
• Proficient in using AutoCAD Electrical is advantage.
