PLC Trainer/Intern

WARTENS is looking for a motivated PLC Trainer with a keen interest in teaching and industrial automation. The role involves supporting learners, assisting with and conducting PLC training sessions, and continuously developing technical expertise and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting training sessions on Siemens PLC fundamentals.
• Support trainees in understanding Ladder Logic, developing programs, downloading applications, and performing simulations.
• Demonstrate the navigation and effective use of Siemens TIA Portal.
• Explain the functions and operation of various PLC hardware components.
• Introduce basic HMI and SCADA concepts and demonstrate their integration with PLC systems.
• Address trainee questions and provide clear explanations to strengthen conceptual understanding.
• Assist in developing practical exercises, demonstrations, and training materials.
• Continuously enhance technical expertise, instructional skills, and training effectiveness.

Skills

• Basic hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal.
• Familiarity with Siemens S7-1200 PLCs and their basic operations.
• Fundamental knowledge of HMI and SCADA systems and their applications.

Eligibility

• Candidates with an Engineering degree or Diploma in EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechatronics, or Automation are preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in education/training industry.
• Must be willing to work from the office during UK shift hours.
• Work location: Electronic City, Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
