PLC/Control room operator

Job Summary:

The Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling production operations, ensuring accurate batching processes, maintaining production parameters, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, and ensuring smooth plant operations with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Physically verify raw material bins during unloading and ensure proper filling status.
• Prepare ratio charts for shift production requirements.
• Monitor and control batching operations according to production plans.
• Ensure correct raw material usage based on production formulas and batch requirements.
• Supervise production flow through the control room and maintain process accuracy.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams for smooth plant operations.
• Monitor batch reports and maintain daily production records.
• Verify formula settings and ensure proper batch execution.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams during breakdowns and shutdown activities.
• Ensure all control room equipment and systems are functioning properly.
• Monitor weight verification and stock consumption regularly.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum wastage and downtime.
• Maintain safety standards and operational discipline in the production area.
• Support process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain communication between production, maintenance, and intake teams.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
