Plex Consultant

Venteon is seeking a Plex ERP Consultant for an interim consulting engagement supporting a manufacturing client.

Engagement Details

• Approximately 300 total hours spread over several months.
• Primarily remote, with limited onsite work in MI.
• Potential November start, with timing to be confirmed.
• Hours will vary based on project needs.

Scope of Work

• Support a review of the client’s Plex environment, business processes, and system controls.
• Work with Finance, IT, and external auditors to explain system functionality and transaction flows.
• Gather and organize reports, system documentation, and supporting evidence.
• Assist with reviewing financial processes, user access, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate project requests and help identify process improvements.

Desired Experience

• Hands-on Plex ERP consulting or administration experience.
• Manufacturing background with knowledge of Plex financials and related operational processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and auditors.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage work independently.
• Previous audit support or internal controls experience is a plus.
