PLM Agile PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven Product Manager (PLM) to lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business processes, engineering teams, and technology solutions.

You will own the roadmap for our PLM ecosystem, optimizing product data management, cross-functional engineering workflows, Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, and change management processes. Strong hands-on domain experience with enterprise PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter is required, and experience with Oracle Agile PLM is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution

• Define and execute the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the organization's PLM platform and enterprise integrations.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate business needs into clear user stories, system requirements, and functional specifications.
• Prioritize feature backlogs based on business value, efficiency gains, and user feedback.

2. Process Optimization & Architecture Alignment

• Map and streamline key engineering and PLM processes, including Engineering Change Order/Notice (ECO/ECN), BOM management, document management, and CAD/ERP integrations.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and software developers to ensure seamless data flow between PLM, ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and CAD tools.
• Establish best practices for data governance, part numbering, vendor management, and compliance within the PLM environment.
