We are supporting several leading global consulting and technology companies hiring experienced PLM professionals across consulting, solution engineering, architecture, and technical leadership.

We have multiple opportunities covering Teamcenter, Windchill, PLM transformation, manufacturing process improvement, and PLM/CAD implementation .

1. PLM / Manufacturing Consultant

Focus: PLM Transformation & Manufacturing Consulting

• Lead PLM and manufacturing transformation initiatives
• Support product planning, engineering, production, procurement and after-sales processes
• Design business processes and system requirements
• Support RFPs, requirements definition and PLM/ERP system planning
• Facilitate workshops and work directly with clients
• Experience with PLM, ERP, PDM or manufacturing transformation is highly relevant

2. PLM Technical Lead – Teamcenter

Focus: Teamcenter / PLM Technical Delivery

• Teamcenter configuration, implementation and system design
• Integration with ERP, CAD and CAE systems
• Data migration, upgrades and troubleshooting
• Add-on development and system enhancements
• Technical consulting and support
• 5+ years PLM experience + Teamcenter project experience required
• Fluent Japanese; conversational English or above

3. PLM Solution Engineering Lead – Teamcenter

Focus: Automotive / Teamcenter / PLM Solution Engineering

• Design, implement and operate Teamcenter/PLM platforms for automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
• Lead requirements definition, change management and solution proposals
• Work directly with clients as a prime vendor
• Support domestic and global PLM projects
• PLM/CAD implementation and operations experience required
• Business-level Japanese required; English is a plus

4. Manufacturing PLM Consultant

Focus: PLM Implementation / Business Process Transformation

• Support PLM implementation and manufacturing process transformation
• Conduct Fit & Gap analysis
• Define BOM/BOP processes and engineering-chain requirements
• Coordinate customization/add-on requirements and development
• Candidates from SIers, consulting firms or manufacturing companies are welcome
• PLM package knowledge and manufacturing business experience highly valued

5. Senior Consultant – PLM Windchill

Focus: PTC Windchill / PLM Architecture

• Lead Windchill architecture, implementation and optimization
• Design scalable and secure Windchill solutions
• Lead implementation, upgrade and migration projects
• Integrate Windchill with ERP, CAD, MES and other enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring
• 5–9 years PTC Windchill experience required
• Strong experience with Windchill customization, APIs, Java/JSP/XML and enterprise integration
• Business-level Japanese and English

6. PLM Technical Lead – Teamcenter

Focus: Teamcenter / PLM Engineering & Technical Leadership

• Teamcenter design, implementation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Integration with ERP, CAD and CAE
• Data migration and version upgrades
• Add-on development and system maintenance
• Technical consulting and client support
• 5+ years PLM experience + Teamcenter project experience required
• Fluent Japanese; English conversational level or above
