About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PLM Program Manager / PLM Transformation Lead to drive global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives, application operations, and digital engineering transformation programs.

This role will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide PLM programs, managing global stakeholders, driving modernization initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across PLM, CAD, Simulation, and Engineering systems landscapes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to deliver scalable PLM solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage global PLM application operations, ensuring service stability, SLA adherence, performance, and business continuity.
• Lead end-to-end PLM implementation programs, including new modules, integrations, upgrades, and business process rollouts.
• Drive PLM transformation initiatives focused on cloud adoption, digital engineering, AI/GenAI enablement, and process harmonization.
• Manage program governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Oversee Application Management Services (AMS), including incident, problem, change, release, and service management activities.
• Govern PLM data migration, data quality, and system consolidation initiatives.
• Lead enterprise integrations between PLM, ERP, CAD, MES, SCM, ALM, and related engineering platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, operational excellence, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure successful business adoption through change management, user training, KPI tracking, and benefits realization.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Proven experience leading large-scale PLM implementation and transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of PLM, CAD, and Simulation environments.
• Experience managing global engineering applications and support operations.
• Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams.
