Plm Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in information technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• project or program management experience delivering enterprise applications or product lifecycle solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading PLM, QMS, ERP, engineering systems, or similarly complex cross-functional implementations.
• Experience managing SaaS vendors, system integrators, contractual scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and change control.
• Strong working knowledge of data migration, system configuration, integration delivery, UAT, cutover, go-live, and operational transition.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive timely decisions from senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including concise executive status reporting and evidence-based escalation.
• Proficiency with project planning and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Jira, SharePoint, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience with PTC Arena PLM or another enterprise PLM platform.
• Experience with CAD/PDM integrations, ERP integration, BOMs, item and revision structures, engineering change processes, configuration management, and document control.
• Experience delivering solutions in a regulated medical device, life sciences, or quality-controlled environment.
• Familiarity with validation planning, requirements traceability, risk-based testing, audit-ready evidence, and quality-system expectations.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or comparable project management certification.
• Experience coordinating geographically distributed business, engineering, quality, IT, and vendor teams.
