Job Title: PLM Project Manager – Functional

Location: Remote – USA

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

(Teamcenter Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM implementation and transformation projects from planning through deployment.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.

• Drive PLM process improvements across Product Data Management, BOM, ECO/ECN, NPI, and related product lifecycle processes.

• Translate business requirements into functional PLM solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, change management, and project deliverables.

• Apply Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PLM Project Management.

• Strong functional experience with PLM implementations and business process transformation.

• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PDM, BOM, ECO/ECN, and NPI processes.

• Hands-on/project experience with at least one major PLM platform, preferably Siemens Teamcenter.

• Strong experience managing business stakeholders, vendors, cross-functional teams, and project delivery.

• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Experience with large-scale/global PLM transformation programs is preferred.

• Experience working with manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace, or high-tech organizations is a plus.
