PLSQL Developer (Immediate Joiner)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Reverse Engineering and Change Implementation for specific Projects assigned, including performance tuning.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and report data.
• Liaison with other teams such as UI & Back Developers, Database Administrator, System Administrator.
• Write scripts to migrate data from legacy systems to new transformed systems.
• Perform data migrations, ETL processes, and batch job automation.
• Perform data validation, functional testing, and ETL testing.
• Execute unit, integration, and regression tests on PL/SQL code.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 plus years of experience in PL SQL development.
• Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries, Indexes, SQL performance tuning and PL-SQL programming (Packages, Stored procedures, Functions, Triggers, Oracle schedulers, Views and M-Views). Data migration knowledge.
• Strong coding experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL (writing stored procedure, trigger, functions, views etc.) with good debugging skills
• Should have working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Should have sound knowledge of Software Quality Practices.
• Should have sound knowledge of Release Management Process.
• Should be able to write scripts to migrate data from one system to another
• Experience in BFSI domain would be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's and Master's (preferred) in Computer Science with Strong communication skills.
