PL/SQL Senior Architect / Technical Lead

Experience Requirement:

• 10-15+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect.
• Hands-on expertise in Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Scheduler Jobs.
• Strong experience in production support, troubleshooting, impact analysis, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience in mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving architecture decisions.

• Application-to-Database mapping
• Stored procedure, package, trigger, and table analysis
• Backend scheduler/job analysis
• Impact analysis and solution design
• Architecture documentation and support readiness

Team Leadership & Guidance

• Mentor developers on PL/SQL best practices
• Conduct code reviews and design reviews
• Guide enhancement and production support activities
• Lead RCA and troubleshooting sessions
• Drive KT and documentation initiatives
