Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that water systems, drainage, and piping meet safety standards and adhere to local building codes. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of plumbing components
• Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within water systems and drainage lines
• Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and system maintenance tasks with precision and safety in mind
• Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites
• Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of plumbing work while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout each project

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial projects
• Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and mechanical knowledge
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and heavy lifting techniques
• Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installation and repair practices
• Experience with drain cleaning techniques and plumbing system maintenance
• Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and material estimations
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely
• Handyman experience or background in remodeling is a plus
