URGENT REQUIREMENT PLUMBER for a leading Facilities Management Co. in RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA.

Position:- Plumber

Industry:- Facilities Management / Property Management / Residential Compound.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Plumber.

Salary and benefits :-

• Basic Salary: SAR 1,800/month
• Food Allowance: SAR 300/month
• Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by Company.
• Working Hours :- 9 Hrs. / 6 days a week.
• Age: 22 to 38 Years

Job Responsibilities:-

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, fixtures and equipment within a large residential compound.
• Maintain and troubleshoot water supply pumps, deep well pumps, R.O. plants, sewage treatment plants (STP), water heaters, grease traps, valves and backflow prevention devices.
• Handle maintenance of water meters, faucets, toilets, basins, sinks, flush valves/meters and water sprays.
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues such as blocked drains, broken water lines, leaks and other plumbing-related emergencies.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and carry out appropriate corrective repairs.
• Read and understand plumbing drawings, schematics and work plans.
• Maintain proper records of daily maintenance activities and prepare reports when required.
• Handle plumbing tools, spare parts and equipment responsibly and maintain inventory.
• Follow all required health and safety procedures during maintenance and repair work.
• Coordinate with and monitor third-party contractors working on plumbing-related projects.
• Support plumbing works related to upgrades, renovations and maintenance projects.
• Perform other plumbing and maintenance duties assigned by the company.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Professional Certificate / Diploma in Plumbing or a relevant technical field.
• Candidates should have experience with General Contractors, Facilities Management Companies, Property Management Companies, Residential Compounds, Hotels or similar establishments.
• Strong hands-on experience in plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with water pumps, STP, R.O. Plant, water heaters, valves, water supply systems and sanitary fixtures is highly preferred.
• Ability to read plumbing schematics and technical drawings.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency maintenance calls.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays or outside normal working hours when required.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
