Plumber

USA Drain Service is looking for an experienced Service Plumber with strong sales and customer-service skills to join our growing team.

We are looking for more than someone who can turn a wrench. We need a plumber who can confidently diagnose plumbing problems, communicate solutions to customers, prepare and present repair options, and help turn service calls into approved work.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced service plumber
• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Previous sales experience or a proven ability to sell plumbing services
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options to customers
• Able to explain technical issues in a professional, easy-to-understand way
• Confident preparing estimates and asking for the job
• Professional appearance and communication
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Experience with drain cleaning, sewer work, water heaters, tankless systems, and general service plumbing is a plus
