We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and construction sites. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage components using hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
• Perform drain cleaning and pipe threading to ensure optimal flow and system integrity.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute precise installations and repairs.
• Operate company vehicles safely while transporting materials or equipment between job sites.
• Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects, ensuring plumbing aligns with architectural plans.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work.
• Use welding skills for specialized pipe repairs or fabrication when necessary.
• Assist with HVAC system maintenance or integration as part of broader mechanical work.
• Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction plumbing projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about project progress or issues.

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras.
• Knowledge of local building codes, schematics, blueprints reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience in welding, drain cleaning, remodeling, assembly work, and handyman tasks is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge related to water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with safety standards.
