Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding plumbing issues and solutions.
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes while performing all tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, including pipe threading and installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing work.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and fittings.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required on construction sites.
• A maintenance person mindset with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
