Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to handle the installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of plumbing systems at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary fittings, and related plumbing systems as per project requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water supply and drainage piping systems.
• Install sanitary fixtures such as wash basins, toilets, taps, valves, and related fittings.
• Cut, bend, thread, assemble, and join pipes according to site requirements.
• Identify and repair leaks, blockages, damaged pipes, and faulty fittings.
• Conduct pressure and leakage tests to ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems.
• Read and understand plumbing layouts, drawings, and site instructions.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Civil Engineers, and other project teams for plumbing-related activities.
• Ensure proper alignment, level, and installation of pipes and fittings.
• Maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the work location.
• Report material requirements, work progress, and site issues to the supervisor/site engineer.
• Complete assigned plumbing work within the required project schedule.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment effectively.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Basic understanding of plumbing drawings and measurements.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work at construction/project sites and in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualification & Experience

• ITI/Trade Certificate in Plumbing is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/project plumbing work preferred. Indian occupational standards also recognize plumbing roles involving installation, maintenance, sanitary fittings, water supply, sewage, and drainage systems.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
