Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plumber with strong knowledge of both Construction and Fit-Out works. The candidate should be capable of handling plumbing works from the initial stage through to final completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute plumbing works for villa construction and fit-out projects.
• Read and understand plumbing technical drawings, layouts, and details.
• Carry out complete plumbing installation from rough-in to testing, finishing, and handover.
• Install and connect water supply, drainage, sanitary, and related plumbing systems.
• Coordinate plumbing works with civil, electrical, HVAC, and other site activities.
• Identify and rectify plumbing issues, leakages, and installation defects.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
• Handle both new construction and renovation/fit-out plumbing works.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in plumbing works.
• Strong practical knowledge of construction and fit-out plumbing.
• Good ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings.
• Experience handling plumbing works from start to completion/handover.
• Gulf/UAE experience is preferred, but candidates without Gulf experience may also apply.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the site team.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
