Key Responsibilities by Business Unit

A. Construction & Building Projects

·         Rough-In & Final Piping: Lay out and install underground water mains, sanitary sewer lines, stormwater drainage, and domestic water supply pipes (PEX, PVC, PPR, copper, galvanized iron).

·         Fixture & Equipment Installation: Install sanitary fixtures (toilets, sinks, showers), water heaters, pressure booster pumps, and backflow preventers according to plumbing and building codes.

·         Testing & Inspection: Perform hydrostatic pressure testing, leak inspections, and flow rate assessments on newly installed piping systems before sign-off.

B. Facade Engineering (Glass & Aluminum)

·         Integrated Drainage Systems: Install and maintain specialized internal drainage channels, weep-hole collection lines, and condensation drainage piping within glass curtain walls and canopy structures.

·         Sealant & Waterproof Integration: Coordinate with facade technicians to ensure pipe penetrations through aluminum panels and exterior walls are completely watertight and weather-sealed.

·         Runoff & Scupper Piping: Connect roof water scuppers, gutter outlets, and exterior facade drainage systems to primary storm lines.

C. Furniture Manufacturing

·         Pneumatic Line Maintenance: Install, inspect, and maintain compressed air piping networks (aluminum/copper/steel lines) that feed pneumatic tools, CNC machines, dust collectors, and spray booths.

·         Industrial Fluid Lines: Support fluid lines for automated finishing/staining booths, water-wash spray booths, and industrial wastewater treatment/recycling units.

D. Property & Leasing Operations

·         Tenant Maintenance & Emergency Response: Resolve plumbing emergencies (burst pipes, severe clogs, back-ups, leaks) across residential, commercial, and retail leased units.

·         Building Infrastructure Upkeep: Maintain central booster pumps, sump pumps, overhead/underground water storage tanks, water meters, and sewage ejection systems.

·         Preventive Inspections: Conduct routine checks on drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, grease traps (for commercial food tenants), and water filtration networks.

E. Trading & Warehousing

·         Facility Utilities: Maintain employee restrooms, breakroom water lines, and outdoor wash bays across trading retail centers and logistics hubs.

·         Fire Suppression Support: Conduct basic visual inspections and preventive maintenance on wet-pipe sprinkler lines, fire hose reels, and hydrant supply pipes in storage warehouses.
