PLUMBER

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, fixtures, and appliances that are connected to water and gas systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation:

• Install new pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to specifications and building codes.

• Connect pipes to water and gas supplies.

2. Maintenance:

• Inspect and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters.

3. Repair:

• Repair leaks, blockages, and other issues with pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

• Replace worn-out or damaged parts.

4. Troubleshooting:

• Identify and diagnose problems with plumbing systems.

• Develop and implement effective solutions.

5. Safety:

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.

6. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.

• Complete work orders and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

1. Trade certification or diploma in Plumbing.

2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Plumber.

3. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience with plumbing software and technology.

2. Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical systems.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
