Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment; perform pipe cutting, welding, and remodeling tasks as needed.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks or defects; perform routine maintenance to prevent future issues.
• Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work; document inspections and repairs thoroughly.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly when traveling between job sites; manage heavy lifting safely during installations or repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation and repair.
• Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction site protocols, heavy lifting techniques, and remodeling projects.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other specialized equipment.
• Knowledge of local building codes related to residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations; physically capable of heavy lifting.
• Handyman experience or previous work on construction sites is highly valued.
