Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Plumber with hands-on experience in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of plumbing and sanitary systems while ensuring proper execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and sanitary systems in high-rise buildings.
• Execute plumbing works according to approved drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
• Install and connect water supply, drainage, sanitary, and waste-water piping systems.
• Handle CPVC, UPVC, PPR, HDPE, GI, and other plumbing pipes and fittings.
• Install sanitary fixtures including toilets, wash basins, sinks, faucets, valves, and related fittings.
• Execute plumbing works in apartments, toilets, kitchens, utility areas, shafts, and common areas.
• Carry out pressure testing, leakage testing, and system inspection.
• Identify and rectify leakage, blockage, pressure, and drainage-related issues.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, electricians, and other MEP teams.
• Ensure proper pipe alignment, slope, supports, and fittings.
• Read and understand basic plumbing drawings and layouts.
• Follow proper installation methods and maintain required workmanship standards.
• Assist in plumbing works related to water tanks, pumps, pipelines, and drainage systems.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow site safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Report material requirements, site issues, and work progress to the supervisor.
• Perform maintenance and rectification works as required.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of building plumbing systems.
• Hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
• Ability to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts.
• Knowledge of different plumbing pipes, fittings, valves, and sanitary fixtures.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot plumbing problems.
• Good understanding of plumbing installation and testing procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with site teams.
• Good discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• Relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise building construction projects.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in high-rise residential buildings, apartment projects, towers, and large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
