Performing of plumbing works.

• ცენტრალური გათბობის, წყალმომარაგების, კანალიზაციისა და სხვა სანტექნიკური სისტემების მონტაჟი, ტექნიკური მომსახურება და სარემონტო სამუშაოების შესრულება.

• სანტექნიკური გაუმართაობებისა და ხარვეზების იდენტიფიცირება, დიაგნოსტიკა და აღმოფხვრა უსაფრთხოების და ხარისხის სტანდარტების დაცვით.

• მილსადენების მონტაჟი, შეცვლა, შეერთება და გამართულობის შემოწმება ნახაზებისა და ტექნიკური მოთხოვნების შესაბამისად.

• სამუშაოების დაგეგმვა და შესრულება დადგენილ ვადებში, ეფექტიანად, ხარისხიანად და უსაფრთხოდ.

• სამუშაო პროცესში შესაბამისი ინსტრუმენტების, მექანიზმების, აღჭურვილობისა და ინდივიდუალური დაცვის საშუალებების სწორად გამოყენება.

• უსაფრთხოების, შრომის დაცვის, ხანძარსაწინააღმდეგო, გარემოსდაცვითი და საწარმოო სანიტარიის მოთხოვნების დაცვა და ნებისმიერი რისკის ან შეუსაბამობის დაუყოვნებლივ შეტყობინება.

• შესრულებული სამუშაოების შემოწმება, სამუშაო ადგილის მოწესრიგება და სამუშაო შედეგების შესახებ ხელმძღვანელობის ინფორმირება.

• სხვადასხვა ფუნქციასთან ეფექტიანი თანამშრომლობა და კომპანიის საოპერაციო მიზნების მიღწევაში წვლილის შეტანა.

• ხელმძღვანელობის მიერ დაკისრებული სხვა შესაბამისი მოვალეობების შესრულება კომპანიის საქმიანობისა და განვითარების საჭიროებების შესაბამისად.

• Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot plumbing, water supply, sewage and heating systems across terminal facilities.

• Perform piping installation, modification and connection works in accordance with technical drawings, specifications and established procedures.

• Inspect, diagnose and resolve plumbing defects and equipment failures, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs.

• Plan and execute maintenance and repair activities safely, efficiently and within agreed timelines.

• Use tools, machinery, equipment and personal protective equipment correctly and in compliance with safety requirements.

• Conduct testing and inspections to ensure system integrity, functionality and compliance with operational standards.

• Identify and immediately report safety risks, defects or non-conformities, and stop work when unsafe conditions are present.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure responsible use of materials, tools and working time.

• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, providing updates on work progress and completion.

• Perform other duties assigned by management or the immediate supervisor in support of the company's operations and business objectives.
