Plumber

Blueworks LLC (A Crete United Company) is hiring journeyman plumbers and plumbing technicians for commercial new installations, re-pipes, and remodel work. Our projects take us across Florida and beyond, so travel is a must. This position is for journeymen and experienced plumbing techs only. We need people who can walk onto a job, figure out the problem, and fix it on their own.

What you'll do

• Install, re-pipe, and remodel commercial plumbing systems: water, waste, vent, and fixtures

• Diagnose plumbing problems and make repairs independently - Read and work from blueprints, plans, and specs

• Rough-in, top-out, and trim-out on new construction and occupied buildings

• Cut, fit, and join copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and cast iron

• Protect finished spaces and keep the work area clean

• Complete daily reports and material requests on time - Work with supervisors, project managers, and other trades to keep jobs on schedule What you need

• Journeyman plumber or plumbing technician; no apprentices or helpers - Completed plumbing apprenticeship (all years) and 1+ years as a journeyman plumber, or equivalent experience as a plumbing technician

• Proof of plumbing experience (journeyman card, apprenticeship certificate, or verifiable work history)

• Ability to diagnose and make repairs without assistance from a master plumber - Self-sufficient: able to plan your work, manage your materials, and finish jobs without supervision

• Commercial experience in new construction, re-pipe, or remodel work**(Hospitals, hotels, restuarants, Condo High Rise)**

• Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites (Airbnb Provided + Perdiem)

• A flexible schedule, including nights or weekends when the job calls for it - Your own hand tools

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, in tight spaces, and in the Florida heat

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice to have - OSHA 10 or 30 - Experience leading a small crew or training apprentices

• $27–$37/hour depending on experience
