Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and execute repairs effectively
• Perform drain cleaning, water system maintenance, and plumbing system inspections to prevent future problems
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts and remodeling projects
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel between job sites
• Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras to identify blockages or leaks within complex piping systems
• Assist in remodeling projects by assembling new fixtures, installing piping networks, and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance
• Skilled in welding, drain cleaning techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools
• Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing components, and construction site procedures
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing work
• Experience operating heavy machinery or company vehicles is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients on-site
• Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and performing assembly or remodeling tasks
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary during installations or repairs
