Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing solutions across residential, commercial, and new construction projects. Duties

• Respond promptly to service calls for plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on various types of plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to install, repair, or replace pipes, fittings, fixtures, and mechanical components.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct remodeling projects or upgrades involving plumbing systems within existing structures.
• Collaborate with construction teams on new builds or renovations requiring precise plumbing installation aligned with project specifications.
• Troubleshoot HVAC-related plumbing issues when necessary and provide maintenance person services as needed on construction sites.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each task for accurate reporting and billing.

Qualifications

• MUST have a valid Journeyman Plumbers License and Drivers License.
• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing systems in commercial or industrial settings.
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge relevant to plumbing installations.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and the ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, HVAC systems, carpentry basics, and remodeling techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations.
• Additional maintenance person experience or construction site experience is advantageous for versatile project support. Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
