Plumber

Why this role is different

This isn't a job where you'll be one of thirty techs on a dispatch board. You'll be the first plumber on the team and the licensed backbone of the company. The owners handle the business side: sales, customer relationships, marketing, scheduling, and admin. You focus on doing great work in the field and help shape how our service is delivered from day one.

That means you'll have real input on things most plumbers never get a say in, like which jobs we take, which tools and vans we buy, and how we price and run our work. As the company grows, so does your role. [Optional: There's a clear path to lead plumber, field manager, or an ownership stake for the right person.]

What you'll do

• Residential service, repair, and installation work in single-family homes, duplexes, and small multifamily
• Diagnose problems and give customers honest, clear recommendations
• Help build our standards for quality, safety, and customer experience
• [If applicable: supervise and train plumber trainees as we grow]

What we're looking for

• Current Washington PL01 Journey Level or PL02 Residential Specialty certification (required)
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants more ownership than a typical shop offers
• Comfortable working independently and communicating directly with homeowners
• Startup mindset: you're energized by building something, not just clocking in

• Pay: 95,000-110,000 anually
