Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform boiler repairs, maintenance, and installations, along with water heater installations and replacements.
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, toilets, faucets, and related equipment.
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning, repairs, and replacements.
• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and install well pumps and related systems.
• Install and repair gas piping and gas lines.
• Perform plumbing rough-ins and assist with remodeling and renovation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing plans to determine project requirements.
• Test, repair, and install backflow prevention assemblies.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other technicians to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff regarding service needs, repairs, pricing, scheduling, and job completion.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and assist with collecting payments when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential and/or commercial plumbing experience required.
• Strong experience diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and equipment.
• Experience with boilers, water heaters, gas piping, sewer systems, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints and technical drawings.
• Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Backflow Prevention Certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and prioritize daily responsibilities.
