Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plumber/Apprentice Plumber to join our growing team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in plumbing, mechanical systems, and construction while contributing to diverse projects. Whether you are starting your career or bringing previous experience, you will play a vital role in supporting installation, maintenance, and repair tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate work execution
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively during various tasks
• Support the assembly of plumbing components and mechanical systems according to project specifications
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and HVAC systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with team members on construction projects, applying carpentry skills as needed for framing or support structures

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, HVAC systems, and general construction practices
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings
• Experience with blueprint reading and schematic diagrams for system installation or troubleshooting
• Ability to perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently in a construction environment
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures for plumbing and mechanical systems
• Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques

Pay: $19.33-$41.81 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
