Job Title: Plumber – Reactive Maintenance
Location: Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, London
Salary: £39,000 per annum + £5,000 bonus scheme

About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified Plumber to join a leading housing association, covering social housing properties across Westminster, Kensington, and Chelsea. This is a mobile role focused on reactive maintenance within occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing maintenance across social housing properties
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
• Work on a range of domestic plumbing systems including pipework, drainage, taps, toilets, and minor heating components
• Complete basic multi-trade tasks where required (e.g. patch repairs, minor carpentry)
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants and residents
• Accurately complete all relevant job sheets and reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance, ideally within social housing
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
