Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. This role requires a strong understanding of construction plumbing and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. Have the proper hand tools and knowledge to use them. Know how to put commercial plumbing parts together. Ability to work independently. Ability to pass a drug test.

Duties

• Install plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing tools.
• Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations while executing all tasks.

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation in commercial settings.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Familiarity with plumbing equipment, power tools, hand tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems to ensure compliance during installations.
• Mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing system.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.
• Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and ability to work in various environments.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe fitting or system design.
