Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, pipelines, fixtures, and drainage systems. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting plumbing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, pipelines, valves, and plumbing fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other faults.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing equipment.
• Repair and replace taps, faucets, washbasins, toilets, showers, and other sanitary fixtures.
• Perform pipe fitting, cutting, threading, joining, and installation work.
• Maintain water pumps, tanks, and related plumbing equipment as required.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and layouts.
• Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
• Ensure proper functioning of water supply and drainage systems.
• Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment correctly.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, materials used, and repairs completed.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and other departments to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or an equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• Relevant plumbing experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, pipe fittings, and drainage systems.
• Ability to identify faults and carry out repairs independently.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
