Plumber – Reactive Maintenance

Job type: Full-time | 37 hours per week
Pay: £15.50 per hour

Essential Requirements

• Previous plumbing experience and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• NVQ or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work professionally with customers and members of the public.
• Previous social housing experience is desirable.

The Role

You’ll carry out reactive plumbing and maintenance work across the Liverpool area, working in void and tenanted properties as well as a variety of commercial environments, including:

• Social housing
• Retail premises
• Office blocks
• Sheltered accommodation
• Commercial buildings

Your duties will include diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, completing maintenance work to a high standard, driving a company-provided van and using a PDA system to manage and record jobs.
