Job Summary:

Otto Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our growing team in Edmonton. We are seeking a 2nd to 4th year apprentice or journeyperson with hands-on plumbing experience. This role includes residential plumbing service work, hot water tank and tankless water heater installations, and HVAC installations. Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and maintenance
• Install hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, and HVAC equipment
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with the service manager and dispatch team to complete work efficiently
• Follow applicable codes, safety requirements, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory

Qualifications

• Registered 2nd to 4th year plumbing apprentice or journeyperson plumber in Alberta
• Valid Alberta driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Experience with residential plumbing service and water heater installations
• HVAC installation experience is an asset
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
