Maintenance Plumbers & 4th Year Apprentices Wanted

RJL A Group is looking for experienced maintenance plumbers and motivated fourth-year plumbing apprentices to join our growing team, servicing residential and rental properties across Melbourne.

About the Role

You’ll work across a variety of residential and rental properties, with duties including:

• General plumbing maintenance
• Leak detection and repairs
• Hot water system repairs and replacements
• Diagnosing plumbing faults and providing practical solutions
• Rental minimum standards checks
• Gas safety checks

Registered plumbers will carry out work within their registration and experience. Fourth-year apprentices will work under appropriate supervision, with opportunities to develop their skills.

You’ll take pride in completing work to a high standard, communicating clearly with customers and representing RJL A Group professionally.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Current Victorian plumbing registration, or currently completing the fourth year of a plumbing apprenticeship
• A current Victorian driver licence
• Relevant maintenance plumbing experience
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Tradify or similar job management software, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate job reports.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage your time and stay on task without constant supervision.
