PLUMBER (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems and equipment.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and sanitary systems.
• Diagnose and rectify water leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and drainage problems.
• Attend to plumbing breakdowns, maintenance requests, and emergency call-outs within the required response time.
• Repair and replace water pipes, valves, fittings, taps, faucets, flush valves, traps, hoses, and sanitary fixtures.
• Install and maintain toilets, wash basins, sinks, showers, water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify leaks, corrosion, damaged pipes, and potential plumbing failures.
• Carry out water pressure testing and leak detection where required.
• Maintain and repair drainage systems, including floor drains, waste pipes, and related components.
• Assist with maintenance of water tanks, booster pumps, transfer pumps, and associated plumbing connections.
• Ensure proper isolation of water supply before commencing repair or maintenance work.
• Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, repairs, materials used, and outstanding issues.
• Report major defects, recurring plumbing problems, water wastage, or potential safety hazards to the Supervisor or Engineer.
• Ensure all plumbing works comply with company procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable building and plumbing standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and properly dispose of waste materials after completing work.
• Coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, civil technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and other FM personnel when required.
• Respond professionally to tenant/client complaints and service requests related to plumbing and water systems.
• Assist with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities and emergency maintenance works.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition.
• Perform other reasonable maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
