Experienced Plumbing Technician – Commission-Based

Banderas Plumbing is a growing residential and commercial plumbing company looking for an experienced, motivated, and sales-driven Plumbing Technician to join our team.

This is a commission-based position designed for a technician who knows how to perform quality plumbing work while also providing exceptional customer service and confidently presenting solutions to customers.

We are looking for someone who is hungry, motivated, professional, clean, sharp, personable, and ready to earn based on performance.

Commission-Based Position

This is a commission-based position.

Your earning potential is directly connected to your performance, production, customer service, and ability to professionally present and sell plumbing solutions.

We are looking for technicians who are motivated by performance and unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain plumbing problems and solutions
• Build trust and strong rapport with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service from arrival through completion
• Present repair and replacement options professionally
• Confidently explain recommendations and pricing
• Identify opportunities to provide additional plumbing solutions when appropriate
• Work effectively with dispatch, management, apprentices, and other technicians
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Properly document completed work and communicate job details to the office
