Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras.
• Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, water system repairs, and plumbing system maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing tasks on-site.
• Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or system failures; utilize plumbing inspection cameras for detailed diagnostics.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials between job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with construction teams during remodeling or new construction projects; contribute mechanical knowledge for seamless integration of plumbing components.
• Follow local building codes and safety regulations diligently while completing heavy lifting, remodeling tasks, or working at construction sites.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs or installations clearly and professionally to clients.

Skills

• Construction experience with a strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications.
• Skilled in drain cleaning methods and pipe threading operations.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other essential equipment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations governing plumbing installations and repairs.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Experience operating heavy machinery or company vehicles safely within a construction or remodeling environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Hands-on experience with remodeling projects or handyman work is a plus; familiarity with water systems maintenance is essential.

Pay: $30.19 - $36.36 per hour
