Experienced Residential Plumber Wanted

We're looking for an experienced residential plumber to join our team.

Here's the deal: We are looking for someone who knows plumbing so well they occasionally make us look bad. If you can walk into a house, figure out what's actually wrong (instead of just guessing), and fix it without creating three new problems, we're already off to a great start.

We need someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers with respect, and doesn't mind explaining things without making homeowners feel like they need a plumbing degree.

What we're looking for:

• Solid residential plumbing experience
• Must have some tankless and other common residential plumbing system knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, honest, and self-motivated
• Professional with customers and coworkers
• A valid driver's license
• Be legal to work in the US

Pay & Benefits

We offer a 90-day probationary period so we can both make sure it's the right fit.

After that, our preferred compensation structure is commission-based. We believe talented plumbers who work efficiently, communicate well with customers, and take pride in what they do should have the opportunity to earn more than a standard hourly wage.

If commission isn't the right fit for you, that's okay too. We're open to an hourly pay structure for the right person. We believe in finding a compensation plan that works for both you and the company.
