Plumber Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person with plumbing experience to join our maintenance team. This role involves performing a variety of repair, installation, and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge. Excellent customer service skills and leadership qualities are a plus, as the role involves working alongside other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Connect dishwashers, washing machines, and garbage disposals
• Install new sinks, faucets, toilets, showers
• Repair or replace standard tank-style water heaters
• Unclog stubborn blockages in sinks, tubs, and main sewer lines using snakes or augers
• Locate and repair burst, leaking, or corroded water and gas pipes
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs efficiently and professionally
• Supervise or assist in supervising maintenance projects and team members as needed

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and effectively
• Communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interaction
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• A truck is required for reliable transportation between work site
• This position does require travel within a 15-mile radius, and eligible for mileage reimbursement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
