Plumber Technician

• Installation: Set up water supply lines, waste disposal systems, drainage networks, and plumbing fixtures like sinks, toilets, and showers.
• Repair and Maintenance: Fix broken pipes, clear clogged drains, mend leaks, and service household or commercial appliances like water heaters and dishwashers.
• Inspection and Testing: Check plumbing infrastructure using pressure gauges and visual checks to ensure systems function safely and pass local building codes.
• Reading Blueprints: Interpret architectural plans and technical drawings to map out pipe layouts before starting new construction or remodeling.
• Estimating and Record Keeping: Calculate material and labor costs to provide accurate quotes, and log completed tasks and supplies used.
• Emergency Response: Answer urgent call-outs to handle critical issues like major pipe bursts or severe backups.
• Collaboration: Work alongside general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals on job sites.
