Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, adhering to local building codes and safety standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently
• Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper water flow
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately assemble or remodel plumbing systems
• Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites
• Perform routine maintenance on water systems, including water heater repairs and system inspections
• Assist with construction site tasks such as pipe fitting, welding, heavy lifting, and remodeling projects as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all phases of work while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and future maintenance needs

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation and repair
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, drain cleaning, and the use of hand tools and power tools
• Experience working with plumbing inspection cameras and interpreting technical drawings or schematics
• Knowledge of local building codes related to residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
• Prior construction site experience including remodeling or handyman work is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of water systems, plumbing system maintenance, and repair techniques
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical documents

Pay: $55,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
