Head’s Plumbing Sales and Service, Inc. is hiring an experienced Residential Service Plumbing Technician to serve homeowners throughout Metro Atlanta.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain findings, pricing, and repair or replacement options clearly so homeowners can make informed decisions.
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization before beginning work.
• Repair, replace, and service water heaters, fixtures, drains, water lines, valves, and other residential plumbing components.
• Test completed work and walk customers through the results.
• Document findings, photos, water pressure readings, equipment information, and recommendations in ServiceTitan (if no experience we are willing to train if you are willing to learn).
• Complete invoices, required forms, and job closeout steps accurately and on time.
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain clean work areas, tools, and service vehicles.
• Communicate with dispatch and support staff to keep jobs moving.
• Follow plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company service standards.

Pay: From $2,300.00 per week
